This place will nickel and dime you for any possible charge on move out. I was charged $50 for having my tub- stopper under my sink instead of screwed into the tub at checkout, despite it being a POS and using a hair stopper to prevent issues in their pipes. Also watch for a $180 carpet cleaning charge, apparently even though I didn't have pets, they needed a receipt from a professional carpet cleaning service. When I called about these charges, the property manager was uncompromising and... extremely rude.

Wonderful
Centrally located! These apartments are the most wonderful small collection of 2 bedroom 1 bath apartmentapartments. There are outdoor areas and a small pool for tenants. These roomy apartments are taking care of by wonderful staff as well. Definitely one to come check out if you are looking for an apartment home. Long Street Apartments 812 944-7611
