I’ve had a great experience living at Academy Park Apartments!! The pool is amazing and always well kept and the staff has been incredibly kind and helpful from day one. We had a maintenance issue over the summer, and the maintenance crew was extremely attentive and professional. Our apartment is updated and has been a huge upgrade from my previous place. Overall, it’s been a wonderful living experience, and I would highly recommend Academy Park Apartments to anyone looking for a great community... .

5 stars all around!
This has been such a great place to live. We have been very impressed not only the apartment, but the staff and maintenance team as well! We have been here a couple years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. If you’re looking for a great apartment, good price, and honest people you have found it!

Excellent Management Team
I'm so happy with my new apartment at Academy Park. The management is responsive, the grounds are well-maintained and the floor plans are spacious. If you are looking for great value. This is the place.

going downhill
the main leasing agent is making it go downhill . families and good residents are moving away as the grounds rink of marijuana and random tenants move in and out of empty apartments. TERRIBLE management, do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!

Amazing Staff, great location, affordable pricing!
If you haven't visited this property yet, you are missing out! They have one of the best teams in the area and they actually care about their residents! Maintenance is amazing and helpful. I would highly recommend preleasing if you are interested because these apartments rent quickly.
