For the price I’m getting an amazing value. I think the staff absolutely do their best and I’m very appreciative of that. The shuttle bus seems to shut down a lot though, I hope they fix that.

Great apartment with lots of room, the amenities in the complex are really useful too. Also close to lots of stores and restaurants. The staff are also some of the best people and they will help with anything as soon as they can. Also having events in the complex brings neighbors closer which is so great

I love UV because it felt like home from the day I toured it. I appreciate the communication and swiftness towards most concerns or anything I bring to management. There are a few things I believe can be improved at UV. First, is the inconsistency in the bus working. As a car owner, I understand the wear and tear on our bus as it’s trusted to follow a long schedule everyday. I just really value not having to drive to Ball State campus, especially with the parking options. The second concern is... the potholes through our community. I personally have replaced one tire after exiting UV through the back entrance, because of a massive sinkhole right in front of the trashcan. It is disappointing to come out of $$ for repairs where you live. Overall, I really appreciate the efforts of our office with the constant outreach initiatives and treats. I do love UV as my choice for my first apartment.
