When I moved into my apartment nobody cleaned it before I got there so there were just balls and clumps of hair all over my room, in the closet, bathroom had hair everywhere on the sink, in the tub and I had to do a deep clean beck had no idea what was happening. My bathroom sink is clogged and has been since I moved in I just haven’t had time to put a request in. So my over all experience hasn’t been to well. I have had to order uber multiple times to get to school on time because the bus would... randomly shut down. But I understand stuff like that pops up.

I love living here, the maintenance team takes care of concerns very quickly and I have always been able to walk into the office to get assistance very quickly since I moved in a few months ago. They're very understanding and helpful.

Very fast with maintenance and very nice furniture. I haven’t had any issues with housing they have been very nice especially the people at the office. The people in the office tell you everything you need to know about the property and guides you on what to do they are very helpful .

It’s been good so far. The living spaces come nice, though better cleaning before you move in would be appreciated. The maintenance situation is not great though. I had a backed up tub and it was not draining for 3 days (I had to use my roommates) and they never came even after I called 2 times. That was a big issue
