These apartments are heated and cooled by airflow, and once I switch it on my apartment smells tobacco. I inhale tobacco when I eat, I inhale tobacco when I read, I inhale tobacco when I sleep. I wake up in the night because of the smell of tobacco, I am coughing all the time, and my day is broken. I am not able to work. The management ignores me. I am slowly dying here.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Our team inspected your unit and neighboring apartments but did not detect any tobacco odor. As part of our strict no-smoking policy, residents are required to smoke only in designated outdoor areas... , and your neighbors are complying with this rule. We understand that outdoor smoke may occasionally enter through open windows. To assist, we offered you the option of relocating to another unit, which you chose not to pursue. We are committed to maintaining a comfortable, smoke-free environment and will continue to monitor the situation. Please let us know if there is anything further we can do.

The best management!!!
I made the dumb mistake of paying rent $25 short for the last 2 months; completely my fault! Management chose to call me and alert me of my mistake in the most polite and understanding way, and they worked with me to waive the extraneous fees. I am so thankful that they were compassionate toward me and my silly error, and have had nothing but positive experiences since moving here. 10/10 would recommend.

WHAT A DUMP
They do not fix anything. They do not maintain their pool so don't plan for that! They had a several furnaces that almost caught fire. The melted wires told the repairman that the furnaces were dangerous. They had one of their buildings burn down! They do not care and do everything cheap as possible! There are rats and pests everywhere! They discriminate against young people because they think they can push them around. They do not provide what you sign up for! DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE!!

Affordable and spacious
honestly very happy with the apartments here. They offer a lot of utilities keeping my overhead really low and the property is full of greenery and is perfect for when I walk my dogs.
