The people in the community seem to be friendly. Maintenance is short handed for the last 2 years I’ve been here and waiting for a lot to get fixed without anyone following up on anything. Some people in the office aren’t to friendly and boarder line rude when you ask why your maintenance request haven’t been taken care of. If you don’t need maintenance or friendly staff it’s an okay place to stay.

We are excited to be living at The Element. Jasmine, Jenny, Shauna and Michelle answered all our questions about the move-in process. They were very knowledgeable and neighbors here are friendly. Apartment is very spacious.

We are moving from Nashville, TN and have not been able to visit the complex personally but had the help of my sister and her husband who live in Mishawaka. Jasmine has been available to us via phone and gave the tour of the model apartment to my sister who said she was very helpful which has been our experience when speaking to her. We have nothing but great things to say about Jasmine and Jenny (who have been our only contacts there). The apartment wasn't the cleanest but the community is amazing, and the staff is nice. The pools are clean. Michelle helped me move in and she was nice and explained everything.

My move-in experience at The Element ended up being a wonderful one, thanks entirely to Jazmine.

Initially, my experience with Abi was very disappointing. The apartment I was shown was supposed to be move-in ready, but it was clearly dirty and had not been cleaned, despite being told it had been cleaned that morning. I also received inconsistent answers to my questions regarding reviews and garage availability, and when I asked about a different unit, I was met with a "take it or leave it"... attitude that left me feeling dismissed.

Everything changed when I spoke with Jazmine a few days later. After I explained my concerns, she immediately listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. She found another apartment that better fit my needs and was completely transparent that it wasn't move-in ready yet. Instead of making promises she couldn't keep, she explained exactly what needed to be done and assured me the contractors would begin preparing it immediately so it would be ready by my scheduled move-in date.

Jazmine's honesty, professionalism, and genuine concern made all the difference. She understood how important it is for residents to feel comfortable and excited about the place they'll call home. She never tried to hide issues or make excuses—she followed through on every promise she made.

On move-in day, I opened the door to a clean, fresh, and inviting apartment that was exactly as promised. She completely turned what started as a negative experience into an excellent one.

The Element is fortunate to have a leasing consultant like Jazmine. She truly cares about both the property and the people who live there, and it shows in everything she does.
