Great fix My maintenace has fixed everything that needed fixed this year, and recently put a new timer on my dryer, i recommend those hired for maintenance to stay employed

Don’t rent here
This place is so bad that they had to turn off the resident website page due to all of the complaints and the snarky responses from the manager. There are nightly car break ins, spider infestations, window and ceiling water leaks, no storage, only one guest at the pool, shootings at neighboring communities, dark parking lots, massive rent increases, poor parking, poor security, duck/goose poop everywhere...the list goes on and on.

I have lived in this apartment and i would NOT recommend. The maintenance service and communication with the service is VERY BAD.

Location is everything!
Location Location Location!! My apartment complex is close to shopping, restaurants, and schools, but still very quiet. It is well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The complex has a pool, tennis court, car wash, and a club house with free Internet. They are pet friendly, so you can bring your four legged companion along with you. The apartment community is very inviting, so pack your bags and come join our small community.
