Called ahead to reserve an appointment to look at apartments, drove 2 hours for them to say they would not show a room because a person without an appointment showed up and took the option. They did not call and tell me that my option was taking already. Poor poor customer service.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to apologize for your drive and not having availability for a showing. We always make it a best practice to set appointments. Our availability is based on a first come first serve basis. That said, we are... sincerely sorry that you had to experience that. Although we cannot make it up to you, we would love to add you to our waiting list.

Bad
While I was signing my lease the manager Vicki ask me to go online and give a review because she had gotten bad reviews. She would walk in and out of my apartment when I wasn't there for getting that I did not lock it and locked it on the way out. She did that just to be nosey. After the first tornadoes hit a couple years ago my mother and brothers Townhomes was destroyed they were staying with me in my apartment they are at Maple Crest and we gave her a written 30 day notice she took us both... the court and one. She insist you pay your water bill with your rent and that's just so she can take the money off of it and make you late and behind on your bills. It's a nice place to live but management sucks

Maple Crest Apartments
maple crest apartments are alright. Lawn always looks nice, staff is friendly! the location is awesome its close to everything! the pool is well kept and has a nice size pool deck. lots od yard space for children and pets to play! Maple Crest is a wonderful apartment community!
