No maintenance work gets done!! I had no heat for 3 months in the winter
My furnace broke in the winter and they NEVER fixed it. I made so many calls and went in person,they said someone was coming soon and no one would show up. My lease ended in 3 months so they didn’t care to fix it,I was so cold. My dishwasher also broke and had standing water in it for 5 months bc they said it was “small pipes” that makes it do that. The smell was awful. For the price they charge it’s not worth it I’d look for better. It is very quiet though no screaming kids,etc.
