first flats
DO NOT recommend at all. i’ve lived here a little over a year. it’s pretty quiet for the most part but they upped our rent and it’s definitely not worth it! they didn’t make updates to the apartments or anything so it wouldn’t make sense to why the rent is now so expensive?!!! they are acting like a 5 star property and they aren’t lmao. been thru like 5 property managers since i’ve been here and every last one of them are grouchy and RUDE !

Great location BUT-Very unkept and Dirty
The breezeway are caked with mud and dog poop. I called and emailed about this and I was informed that a cleaning lady would come out - that was 4 months ago. The outside lights do not work or flash off and on consistently. There are large gaps under the doors so wide that insects come in and my electric bill is outrageous. This place needs much attending to.
But this is a great location close to everything.

Not so nice place
Just don't apply here. They have an extreme high turn over rate. The place is just bad

Worst place to live ever
Management is terrible. And the staff is unfriendly and hardly ever picks up the phone. Not to mention the poor maintenance
