I have lived in this place for about 3 years and the only reason for me to move out was moving out of Kokomo. The staff are friendly and nice. Maintenance are fast acting. The location of the complex is very good close to Walmart, Meijer and Markland Mall. I would always recommend ashbury apartments to everyone.

A good place in a excellent location
A good solid apartment place for those who are looking for short term living. I'm currently renting an 1 bedroom apartment and I have been quite satisfied with my arrangement. There is no fancy bell and whistle, you get an decent kitchen and bathroom. You got AC and heater built into your apartment and the laundry machines is in the building so you only need to walk an maximum of 20 steps to do your laundry. If you're a pet lover, they allow pets for a small fee per month.
Ashbury is also in... an excellent location, very close by to the majority of stores and restaurants. Meijer, Sam Club, and Walmart is only a 5 or less drive away. My work requires using Route 31 and you have no idea how convenient it is after a long day of work, to get off route 31 and my home is right there!
I gave it a 5 stars because I want a nice decent place that is close by to Route 31 and the stores and I got just that.
Downside: I'm unclear about the smoking policy in Ashbury but you should know that some people smoke pretty bad so make sure to do some sniffing test when doing apartment hunting. Thankfully, my building only have one smoker.
Laundry machines requires quarters which can get annoying sometimes because you don't have enough quarters so you have to go to the stores, the gas stations, or the banks to get changes.
