The summit at keystone is a beautiful apartment complex and very kind to first time renters as well! They made our move In process very easy and I had little to no stress!

Love the mature trees on the property. I feel like I am in camp ground. I use to camp and walk trails. There still some potholes on property that didn’t get fix when black top crew was here in early summer. One of them is on greyfriar court. I was disappointed this year that the pool wasn’t open very much. I think it was closed more than open. I think it would be important to include in one of the news email that get sent out informing residents about change in security for the property and how... to reach them. I found out when reported a incident involving my roommates tire being stolen from her car.

The apartment community is kept up inconsistently; the bushes leading into my apartment building blocked the walk way for months amongst other things. The property management has VERY poor communication and respond when they feel they want. The fees attached to the rent are ridiculous! The apartments are old and outdated but they will paint over just about anything or half fix for you to move in. The apartment itself had issues and it takes maintenance forever to fix or they completely ignore it... unless you post on the "community board" for everyone to see. My floor in the hall way was soaked in water for weeks due to something leaking in the utility closet! The parking is horrible and they're supposed to have a towing company but there are cars parked for months abandoned and they do nothing about it. The common hall way stays dirty and is cleaned inconsistently. The community washer/dryer is always broken. When I moved they overcharged me and the property manager never replied to email regarding the fees; when I visited the office the leasing agent couldn't answer anything. For the amount they charge in rent AND fees you can find a better place.
