Upgrades are attempting to be made but nothing is enforced. The new parking permits were a good idea but it help the parking situation. Trash pickup is a good idea until neighbors decide to store their trash cans in the hallway. There’s no point in offering offering amenities and saying there’s repercussions for not following rules if no repercussions follow.

The application process was smooth, with good communication from the office. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The apartment is nice, with good features. I especially like that my fridge has an ice maker, something the last several places I've lived lacked.

Great experience. Very quiet and neighbors are friendly! Surrounded by convenient stores all around and amazing school systems. Close to downtown and also a lot of great food spots. Great area.
