Amazing experience
I’ve had a few friends who currently live or have lived at Stadium Lofts, and I understand some of the concerns that have come up in the past. But let’s be real — much of that had to do with previous staff. Half the people complaining don’t attend the events and even care to meet the new staff so they can’t fix things they aren’t aware of. Since Lindsey has stepped in, the experience has been completely transformed.

Good Apartments, But Several Drawbacks to Consider
The apartment itself is functional with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The layout has its quirks: the fridge is across from the bathroom, and the bedroom has no windows, making it feel cramped. The only large window is in the living room, and some units don’t even have that. The lack of an elevator is also inconvenient, especially during move-in and move-out.
Another issue is the smell of weed and smoke, despite the no-smoking policy. The noise from neighbors is a big problem—there’s no... soundproofing, and you can hear everything from footsteps to conversations. You’ll likely need noise-canceling headphones.
Lastly, the office team is inflexible, and once you sign the lease, it feels like all they care about is payment. Their idea of making residents feel welcome is giving out sweets for most (if not all) holiday celebrations. In general, the customer office would benefit from better communication with empathy rather than a forceful approach.
Overall, while the apartments themselves are okay, there are several factors that make it less than ideal for long-term living. The lack of noise control, poor window placement, layout quirks and enforcement of the smoking policy are all things to think about before choosing to move in.

Formerly cheap, now dangerous
I've lived here for a few years. At first, it was a fairly priced, unique apartment. The furnishings are cheap, and you're surrounded by college kids (i.e. noise and weed), but with each management change...things get worse. We are now officially at the point where if something is wrong, they just throw up their hands and say, "we can't do anything about it."
SEVERAL thefts this week alone; mailroom, patios, cars being broken into. Upon complaining, you'll be met with such pearls... as:
"There's nothing we can do." "This is Indianapolis, what are you going to do?" "You shouldn't leave valuable things laying out."
It's one thing to transfer liability. It's another to completely disregard any attempt to acquire any, and to blatantly say that to your residents.
If you decide to rent here, be warned that in the unfortunate event that something were to go wrong, management will tell you to f off.

Not worth your mental health
This apartment seems nice. Spacious bedrooms, in-unit laundry, and an attached bathroom per bedroom. When these apartments were built, the thinnest drywall imaginable was installed. You can hear your neighbor sneeze, cough, and (if you were lucky like me), listen to their infant children cry. I invested in noise-canceling headphones after one day. A sound machine after one week. Even in the next room away from the shared wall, I can still hear them constantly. This includes people walking down... the hallway, being able to hear entire conversations. Beyond the neighbors, there is an excessive amount of noise pollution. Ambulances and airplanes are constantly going by. Also, there is no elevator. While this may seem like a minor inconvenience, it gets very old, very fast. If you had an unfortunate accident like breaking your foot, there is no alternative. Not to mention the pain of moving in and out. Stadium Lofts claims to not allow smoking inside the apartments but I can tell you that it consistently smells of weed and smoke. On the website and in the lease, it states that dogs are not allowed. Yet there are probably around a dozen dogs. While I love dogs, I would consider that with the thinness of the drywall. You may be hearing a dog barking during all hours of the day. So no, I would not recommend this apartment complex (at least the actual stadium).

Great place to live!
My fiancé and I have been living at Stadium for a about a year now and it has been lovely! The walls are a bit thin but it hasn’t caused any issues or disruptions. It’s a quiet safe area and the apartment layouts are stellar. Appliances are all modern and when something goes wrong (our microwave randomly died about 5 months in) management came and replaced it in about 3 days! The polished concrete floors are easy to clean and beautiful. I really enjoy the management here I have nothing but... compliments for the staff which is always friendly and helpful. The gym here is so pretty great for an apartment and didn’t feel like I needed a gym membership until I wanted to start using an actual barbells for the “big” lifts. My fiancé has an emotional support GSD and she has enjoyed it as well. There are quite a few emotional support dogs that live here and we have formed our own little doggie community which has been lovely. Stadium requires dogs to be on leash at all times which makes it tricky to play in the field but aside from that it feels like a pretty “dog friendly” place to live! All in all my fiancé and I love it here and recommend it to anyone who asks. (I will say that the complaints about weed smell are unfortunately legitimate and the management doesn’t seem to care. It sucks but for the cost of living here which is crazy reasonable and all the amenities it’s something I can live with and ignore)
