I wanted to take a moment to share some reflections on my experience living here, particularly since the property transitioned to new ownership. When I first arrived, Michelle was the property manager and the care she showed was evident in every detail. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a genuine sense of community and well-maintained spaces throughout.

Since new management, I’ve noticed a clear decline in the overall upkeep and resident experience. The property feels as though... it’s operating without oversight. and although new carpet was recently installed, it’s already stained and marked by persistent pet odors. There are times the elevator is unclean, with pet urine.

The trash is no longer picked up daily and overflows onto the ground. I have personally gone out to pick this up myself because I care about where I live.

The building is no longer sprayed for pests, despite multiple requests. I have been told that it is the owner's responsibility to have this done. The main office is located in Noblesville, however the phone rolls over to and overseas establishment.

while smoking is banned, it seems that smoking pot is overlooked, even though it is still smoking and contributes to an unpleasant environment. This disregard for the building's policies only adds to the sense of deterioration.

It’s also disheartening that the process of viewing apartments has become entirely impersonal, relying on lockboxes instead of a welcoming presence.

what was once a thriving, close-knit community now feels cold and neglected. Witnessing this transformation has been deeply disappointing.

One of my favorite places to live dt indy that I have experienced by far. I like the new renovations and how responsive management is. Great location and price compared to a lot of surrounding options.

I enjoyed my short stay at the Parkview. Beautiful units and Nate was a great property manager. Mainteance was quick to take care of anything. Highly Recommeded!

Great place to live downtown if you don't want to pay the outrageous prices all the newer complexes charge. Only downside is they do not have a gym onsite.

Price wise an excellent value compared to other apartments in/near downtown Indy. Living off Mass Ave would have cost us at least $1100 for a 1br but I got mine here for $790 a month. So far I haven't had any issues here for the past 3 months. When I moved in only the first three floors were occupied but now it seems like the building is almost full now.
