I recently toured Park Forest Apartments and had a really good experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and actually took the time to answer all my questions instead of rushing me. The apartments were clean, updated, and the property felt quiet and well kept. They also explained the move-in process clearly which made everything less stressful. If you’re looking for a place that’s affordable but still maintained, I definitely recommend checking them out.

RUN AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS
The maintenance is horrible here! Several residence have had mold problems. 24 hour maintenance message line is always full. This property has a lot of senior citizens that live here. The office staff do not care that we as older adults need extra help sometimes. Very frustrated looking for a new place to move too! Other than that I love my neighbors. Too bad the apartments don't care about us!
