Responsive, patient, and helpful sales and management team. In addition to the typical office activities, they organize food truck visits to the community so you can purchase dinner or a sweet treat, which is always fun!
The maintenance team is top tier! We have lived here for a few years and any time there is an issue the maintenance team seeks to truly resolve the issue and do so quickly. They are transparent about why things are not working and are willing to replace things when they are... not working.
I have never encountered this mindset for repairs at other apartment complexes, at which there always seemed to be a run around for getting appliances repaired or replaced (especially because they did not have people adequately trained to do the repairs on staff). It is refreshing to know an issue will be resolved, and resolved the right way by the Lakes of Windsor maintenance team!

Don't live here
Move out issues... I wish I can give minus. When you live there they are very nice. But when you leave the society they will charge you for unnecessary things. They will even threaten you legally.

Wonderful community!
I love living at lakes of Windsor!! The office staff is amazing they are always so friendly and kind! They always make me feel heard if I have questions or need to make a work request! The maintenance are so quick with responding and I can’t say enough good things about living here! The lakes are gorgeous and they keep the property looking pristine! The office and maintenance always welcome my fur baby with treats when we visit the office! They always go the extra mile!

BEST PLACE TO CALL HOME
I have been here for about 4 years. The staff is amazing. The ladies in the office are always very helpful and the maintenance staff is quick and professional.
The community is a safe and friendly environment with a lot of cool features I.e. the gym, pool, dog park, car wash, basketball court etc and obviously the food trucks!

Great apartment!
My husband and I have been living here for almost a year now. We did lots of research on apartments in the area, and Lakes of Windsor had the best prices, quality, and reviews from what we could tell. Since living here, we've loved our apartment and our experiences with the management/maintenance teams. It feels very safe here, and we like our neighbors as well. It's definitely a family-friendly neighborhood, and they just built a dog park in the neighborhood, which is really cool. We plan on... living here for a while.
