Hope this review can help. I lived in Darby Court for 10 years. I got a one bedroom apartment. The rent is very affordable. Has washer and dryer in the unit. Floor plan is great. Overall this is a very safe area. In 10 years, I never had an issue. Staff in leasing office are nice and helpful. You may find nicer apaprtments somewhere else but they are overpriced. The leasing agent was so rude to me and another “future resident”, I didn’t even stay to get an application. If that’s how they treat potential residents, I can’t imagine how they treat their residents.

Rent is too high not worth it. Have a terrible ant problem. Covid has hit a lot off people hard they will not work with you. They reject any aid given to people who jobs are affected by this pan epidemic. Manager Tony is disrespectful terrible people skills. Only positive is that’s it’s quiet and close to airport.

There is not enough parking here. Half the spots are garages for rent and nobody rents them. (or they rent them and store junk in there and not cars) You will have to get all your visitors guest passes or their cars will be towed. (better hope you know you have a visitor before the office closes for the evening!) If you get home past 8 or 9pm the closest spot be a 5-6 min walk away. Management does not respond to any concerns or complaints about parking and they have no solution.

There is not... a sidewalk on the main road to get out of the complex, so be prepared to nearly get hit by a car every time you leave on foot to walk or run. Theres also no sidewalks on any of the streets around the complex so its hard to walk/run/ride a bike around here without going onto the shoulder of a road and just praying a car doesn't hit you.
