We currently have no maintenance man so no any problems you have hope you can fix yourself. If you have mold in your apartment they wipe it with bleach and call it good. Loud neighbors and you complain they ignore you. Tons of pit bulls. No one is ever in the office so paying rent is a nightmare! The apartments are nice the People for the most part ok but this place has a ton of issues don't rent here!!!! I will update or remove my review when the problems have been fixed!

You Will Never Want To Move Again
Buckridge Apartments @ Southport has made some GREAT changes!!!! New Owner who cares for his Tenants New Management, New Maintenance New Renovated Apartments come check us out to start off the New Year. Last year we had a few downs but our community has been All Cleaned Up. We rent 1 and 2 bedroom HOMES at a price to fit your budget. Come and check out our New Safe and Happy Environment.
