The units are aesthetically nice, the walls are very thin, you hear everything from your upstairs neighbors. A lot of pests whether it be insects/bugs in the unit or rats outside. It’s not the best area, the intersection is very busy and there’s accidents quite frequently. It’s a straight shot downtown so it’s easy if you work in the city (unless you hit the train). There isn’t a secured parking lot either.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and have loved it. Wendy in the leasing office is SO nice and is super responsive. Whenever our water heater was having problems she had maintenance come & fix it 1st thing in the morning and we haven’t had problems since. They do yearly sprays for bugs and the trash area is always clean and maintained. The 4 way stop does get a bit backed up, especially during rush hour since that road leads straight into downtown, but there’s a 2nd exit/entrance on the other... side of the parking lot i just use instead which is easy to get out of. There’s also a big field across the property which is nice. I’ve had picnics out there, watched the eclipse when that happened, & a guy comes with his dog sometimes and drives an RC car around for him to chase which is the cutest thing ever to watch.
