I lived there for a little over 2 years 2015 - 2017 and while there are some problems with the people in the office, for the most part I had a relatively easy time living there. I had absolutely no bugs or mice (and they had exterminators come knocking once a month)and no problems with the apartment itself. If I had any problems the maintenance men would come pretty quickly. I had a 3 bedroom with tiles and hardwood flooring which I like a lot. I had pretty decent neighbors too. And I’ve lived... in places where you are paying normal rents $650 to $800 that had roaches, mice, a terrible maintenance crew and crappy neighbors. I just wish that I stayed there.

Keep to yourself
It is ok. Maintenance doesn't come out unless it is life or death. Literally. Parking- only 5 visitors per section, DUMB IDEA!!!! get home by 7 or you'll get your vehicle towed. People come from other parts to park because there isn't enough visitor spaces which having only 5 is an absolute horrible idea. If someone steals parking pass, or you no longer have that vehicle, they don't give you another one. If your car gets towed its $150. It's really a set up. Haven't had any problem with bugs... except some ants. Kids are out of control, no adult supervision at all. Keep to yourself if planning to live here ! Management as far as Kelly is really nice.
