I have lived here for 3 years now. They are a corporate owned apartments. They will not work with you on anything. They are very rude people. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I lived at Avery Point for one year. My rent was set to auto-pay and was never late. However, the move-out process was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

At move-in, I was told that I would receive my security deposit back after moving out by Deborah, Dasha and Wendy who assisted. After returning my keys, I was informed I would receive my deposit within 30 days at my forwarding address.

I left a 0 balance with this... apartment.

When I followed up with Wendy, the apartment manager, she stated that my deposit was non-refundable. This was never explained to me during the leasing process, and I would never have agreed to that term knowingly. The entire leasing consultant failed to properly disclose this important information, which shows a clear lack of training and transparency!!

I have called corporate several times, but Wendy has not returned my calls. Overall, my experience at move-out has been extremely frustrating and poorly handled.

Future residents should be aware of unclear policies and poor communication before deciding to move here.

I had placed a couple concerns with the front office. There was a mechanical disturbance from my neighbor’s townhome. The noise was ongoing off and on from Friday til Monday. The noise was disrupting sleep and left our ears ringing.

I did not receive and feedback on Monday if the concern had been repaired. So my daughter and I walked to the office to speak with someone as the main line is answered by AI.

The two sales people were with potential residents. They did not greet us nor state... someone would be with us.

Mr. Felix came in from the gym door and greeted us. He has fixed a number of issues in my home. Plus, he always speaks in passing. He inquired about my issue and I informed him that a couple of requests have been made. He asked for my address and said he had time to check it out. It should be noted that it was already close to closing time. Mr. Felix assessed the situation, followed up and advised me what I should do if I have the problem in my home in the future. I am thankful he took the time to check out what we deemed important to us to get a good night’s rest.

All the staff were incredibly helpful. Ronna, Hannah, and Jordan all helped me with literally every problem I had. Also the unit I got was incredibly nice.
