Marten Court Apartments has been a great place to call home. The office staff is always courteous, professional, and willing to help whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. They make the leasing process simple and are genuinely welcoming, which made a great first impression.
The apartments are competitively priced, especially considering the location and everything the community offers. The property is kept clean, the grounds are well cared for, and the overall environment is quiet... and comfortable.
What stands out most is how much the management team seems to value their residents. Communication is clear, maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner, and it’s easy to see that they work hard to keep the community running smoothly.
If you’re looking for an affordable apartment community in Indianapolis with helpful management, fair pricing, and a pleasant atmosphere, Marten Court Apartments is definitely worth considering. I’d happily recommend it to anyone searching for a place to live.

I came to tour an apartment today and as soon as I hit the office I was greeted with the warmest smile from property manager and the most caring hello I have ever heard. You could tell by how the property manager talked about her property that she really cares and takes pride in her residents and the condition of her property. She made me feel like family before even moving in! I have one more place to tour but by far this is my first choice

A nice and cozy place to call home! I've lived here for a year now and I can't say enough great things about this place! The apartments are NICE!! It's a quiet neighborhood and has a great location. The maintenance staff is AMAZING and VERY PROMPT in getting things done! The office staff is very friendly and helpful! If your looking for a place to call home. THIS IS IT!

I recently had a great experience with Marten Court Apartments. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It's refreshing to deal with a team that actually communicates and makes you feel welcome.
The property appears to be well cared for, and you can tell they're putting effort into creating a comfortable place for residents. First impressions really do matter, and mine was a positive one.
If you're looking for an... apartment, I'd definitely recommend giving Marten Court a look. The staff made the experience easy, and it's nice to see a community where customer service is clearly a priority.
