Full rental requirements:
Anyone 18 years of age and older is required to complete an application and is subject to a screening. Anyone 18 years of age or older will also be required to sign the lease.

The total monthly gross income (aggregate of all of those with income) must be 3 times the monthly rent. The documentation of income will vary depending on the type of income. Source of income may include, but is not limited to, pay stubs, employer verification, SSDI/SSI award letters, 6 months of bank statements, 2 years of tax returns if you run your own business, Retirement distributions, etc.
