0/10 do not recommend. The maintenance men are so unprofessional. They’ll have to come to your unit 2-3 times for the same issue because nobody knows what they’re doing. They talk so rude to you. My unit was infested with flies when they started the construction. It’s completely outdated, then they want to charge you so much to live in an old raggedy box. The floor were coming up the 2nd week I moved in. The neighbors have secret cameras pointed towards your front door for whatever odd reason.... DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Quiet and Cozy
Love my apartment, it faces the pond and is beautiful at sunset and in the morning. Ihaven't had any problems with noisy neighbors. Lots of parking, reserved garages are available, love it for winter. When I need maintenence, they are almost there to fix what's needed.

Nice place!
The office staff are great! Maintenance free living is fantastic. Parking could be better. Pools are great. Wish they could make them indoor for all year use.

Love it here
When we first moved in, the first apartment had a few issues we didn’t like and after some communication, we got fixed up in our favorite little home and have been here at least 2 years now no issues :)

Our New Home.
My daughters and I moved to Indiana in March and finding a new home turned out to be a feat in itself but when we found Willows of Coventry we knew we found the perfect place. The office staff went above and beyond for us helped every step of the way and made the process so easy going for us, they are all so kind and professional. We just felt welcome right away. The maintenance staff are just as kind and welcoming as well as prompt and extremely courteous. Our place is beautiful! We have an... amazing view of the pond and there is so much wild life to watch and admire. There are two pools, gym with 24hr access a club house, basketball court, and playground for the kids. They are pet friendly so we made many new furry four legged friends and all the neighbors have been so kind and welcoming. We love it here and its extremely convenient to all shopping and dinning needs as well as to many more wonderful amenities the city of Fort Wayne has to offer. We could not have found a better place to live and we plan to be here for a very long time. We love it!!
