I've lived here for over 9 years, they rarely have availability and I'm never moving. Here's why: I've never had to wait more than 2-3 days for maintenance to be done when needed. Water bill is always between $35-45 for me and that's easy enough to budget for. Noise level is what you'd expect in an apartment setting but management is very responsive and accessible almost any day of the week. I actually had an issue on Christmas eve one year and they came out same day to look. Very unexpected but... appreciated. Pet friendly too and they do a good job of keeping the grounds clean. My favorite thing about this complex is that you can TEXT the management office! Even after hours, there is an on-call staff member, Debra, that answers questions or will leave notes for the management office to respond to questions the next day.

Also, you can pay rent online. Super convenient. I really like the location. There aren't a ton of amenities, but I think that is why the price is so reasonable. I'd rather pay a reasonable rate than pay for a gym with 4 treadmills that I'd never use!
