management is terrible. they don’t fix anything. emergency maintenance does not come when you call. there are constant water leaks like gushing water into your apartment. everything is dirty and outdated. they do not care about your rights or humanity. regular maintenance barely does anything. all of management is rude and disrespectful. a lot of the apartments have open city code violations but they still rent the apartments to you. the hallways are dirty and unkempt. the lawn care is barely... done. the AI photos they have posted on here of the apartments is not what they actually look like.

Misleading
Be aware before renting here. If you have to as a last resort, be sure to tour YOUR unit and inquire about listed amenities or you could end up with a dirty apartment in need of repairs(that the staff will shrug off when adressed). There's a reason why there's a free month of rent.

Unprofessional
Had a tour earlier set at 4, got a reminder text at 2. We went and no one was in the leasing office and no one answered the phone. Very disappointed in the parking lot/lawn care. Dog poop everywhere and super muddy.

Trash
New owners in May I know just as bad as the previous ones . Trash everywhere grass not mowed in months busted out window hallways, never cleaned.
