You can absolutely lock it down at anytime with an approved application and a Holding fee (Which becomes your deposit paid in full at lease signing, just understand that until you sign, it is a FEE). Nothing is off the market until it is secured with a holding fee. This home has been used for Commercial purposes. It has open retail/restaurant space on the 1st floor, and a 1 bedroom "owner" apartment on the second floor for living.
