Everything about this place is Exceptional! Staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! They go out of their way to make it fun and comfortable here. Every month they have free stuff in the office, ice cream, bbq, popcicles, cookies, etc. They give you a birthday gift, and a Christmas gift. When I moved in there was a welcome gift on my counter. Apartments are spacious, clean and in top condition. All I have to say is that if you don't live here you are living in the wrong place!!!!

Very nice office and maintenance staff. Affordable rent, plus a discount if paid early! Large range of apartment size/options as well. They also just built a new set of buildings on an adjacent property. Overall, I enjoyed my time here and would come back if I return to the area.

This was my first apartment on my own, and overall I was satisfied, on a X/10 scale I'd say 7. I had an un-renovated Studio for which I paid 369$ every month plus around 60$ for electric every month. The only issue(s) I had were a faulty water heater, which was repaired during my stay. The maintenance guys worked hard but left my place a little messy and rearranged. The ladies in the office were very friendly and knew almost everyone on a first name basis which made it comfortable to speak with... them and ask them questions. My neighbors did complain a lot about the music, very thin walls, and poor window insulation, the Winter was harsh and I could not leave the heater off for more than an hour without the heat dissipating, same with the A/C in the warmer months. But as I said, overall it was a good 12 month stay, the studio was perfect size for me, I just wanted to move somewhere nearer to work and downtown. Read More
