Dishwasher I believe the issue is fixed-but I asked to know when they would come so I could put the dog up…they didn’t call. And the maintenance guy said he did what he could but was limited bc of the dog. That was a bit frustrating

They will do what they can to get you to sign a lease including lies. They will tell you all about how pleasant and quiet it is. That cannot be further from the truth. In the lease that you have to sign it talks about quiet hours but during those "quiet hours" you get to hear loud motorcycles, loud cars, drunk people roaming the halls, people in the parking lot loitering all night, and people using the amenities all night. There's no assigned parking. There's no rules for parking. Folks with 2 personal vehicles and a work truck in parking lots that can't accommodate 1 car per apartment. Management hasn't done anything and people keep moving in. If you get home after 7pm... Well, good luck. The apartments are nice but they don't need a pickball court, they need a second pool. The first one quickly became people soup. The complex is not fully occupied so its only getting worse.

Excellent Staff The people that I met guided me and worked with me throughout the process of application and tour. The staff was always avaliable when needed and was happy to help. Admittedly, the application website could use some minor polishing.

Love it here so far! We recently moved into our new apartment and have had such a positive experience so far. The staff and workers have been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. We really love the apartment and already feel at home here.
