Just got done touring a couple units and they are very small for the price, the pictures make them look so much bigger than they actually are.

I recently had the opportunity to experience the new tiny home apartment neighborhood, and to say I was underwhelmed would be an understatement. While the concept of tiny homes intrigued me, the reality fell far short of my expectations, leaving me with no choice but to give it a 2 out of 5 stars. Firstly, the prices were exorbitant for what was essentially a glorified studio apartment. I understand the appeal of minimalist living, but the high costs seemed unjustified for the limited space... provided. Moreover, the promised amenities were scarce and didn't compensate for the premium rent. The communal areas were cramped and lacked proper maintenance, making them hardly usable. I couldn't help but feel like I was paying for the novelty rather than practicality. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this neighborhood to anyone seeking good value for their money, as the combination of high prices and tiny living spaces left me ultimately dissatisfied with my stay.
