I have been living in apartment 6 for about 6 months now and I really enjoy it. It doesn’t offer the amenities that other apartments do. However, what for what it lacks in amenities it makes up for in character and charm.

Especially at its price point it’s hard to beat. My apartment is not like the others but I lucked out and got a really solid set up.

Lee is a great landlord who is understanding and generous. A bit hard to reach at time but is certainly willing to work with his tenants. I... have really enjoyed my stay and my neighbors within the building are kind and friendly.
