This is the absolute worst place I have lived. Neighbors constantly blast music right next to our bedroom window and nothing is done. We've told the office staff and called the police but nothing. The office even left us a rude email after asking. Now they do not even answer emails. Our pipes burst over winter as well and it took them constant emails and over 2 weeks to fix the flooding and mold that was left in our bedroom. Do not live here. There are plenty of better places to go.

would not recommend!!!! MICE
my roommate and i lived here for half a year before breaking our lease because our apartment was full of mice. we caught at least 10 with traps. they were pooping in our beds and on our food and we talked to the managers about this and they would not let us hire an exterminator. they finally got someone to come in a month and a half later after we complained multiple times and we still had many mice running around. We at least asked for a partial refund because we were not comfortable living... with that many mice running around and they said it was our fault we weren't living in our apartment so they refused. management was rude.

Loving my new home
The staff are super friendly and always help when they can and they try there best to get everyone a beautiful home I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home

It doesn't get better than this!
I'm currently living in one of their townhouse units, and I must say I'm completely satisfied. The space I have in each apartment in comparison to the price for rent is unbeatable. I have a total of 7 closets in my home; I'm super happy about that. Everything looks brand new!!! I'm especially impressed by the staff I've dealt with: JJ and Romero who've been super super helpful, and pleasant. I really think they've gone above and beyond to make me comfortable. They do address my maintenance... concerns in a timely manner. I still brag about my 70 inches TV that they gifted me. Oh! and Walmart is my neighbor, how cool is that. It's my 5th month here, and I'm so happy Cold Water Flats was my pick out of the 30 others I looked at.
