My friends and I rented 3 units at this place. The other two moved out within a year after getting tired of electrical issues, terrible noisy neighbors and dead customer service from management. I stayed in the unit as we awaited our house being built. The last few months of living there, there were so many issues and management failed to correct or address any concerns in a timely manner. When I turned in my notice, they decided to offer me a discount to stay. I refused and still left because... it became so absolutely frustrating to live there. The apts are very nice. Gas stoves are great!
Maintenance staff is excellent.
Great amenities that would be really cool to use, if they worked.
Fireplace is unusable outside.
TV's in rec area work about 30% of the time.
Simulator works about 50% of the time.
Big screen TV in rec area never works.
Beer dispenser works about 25% of the time.
Amenities are what separate complexes from each other. It's a big part of what you pay for.

Going into my 2nd year living at Ver, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Dustin and his team have been incredible property managers through and through. Very responsive and always willing to make the tenets happy and feel at home. The amenities are some of the best I’ve experienced in Carmel.
