We recently moved to a 2 bedroom apartment at the Wedgwood building. The building is very quiet, incredibly soundproof and very well insulated. All the public areas are very clean. The floor plan works perfectly for us with a large size bedroom and a second bedroom as an office. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances, spacious bathrooms. All very modern and comfortable. Our leasing agent Sheila was very helpful during the move.

Fabulous Place to Live
I love living here! I’m steps away from walks/bike rides on the Monon, concerts at the Palladium, plays at the Tarkington, spin classes at InCycle, lots of restaurants and shopping. The apartments are quiet and beautiful. Property Manager, Julia, and her staff, Angela, Sheila, Don, and Josh, are so easy to work with, friendly and helpful and make living here so comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks everyone!

Awesome place to live
I love living here. It is very quiet and classy. You don’t hear any noise from neighbors next door or above because of the quality construction. And the staff is amazing: Mollie, Angela, Josh…everyone is kind and responsive.

Nice place to live
Quiet and well maintained apartments in a great location on the Monon Trail near downtown Carmel. Staff is very helpful and attentive and any maintenance concerns are quickly addressed. I have lived here for over 5 years with no regrets. I would highly recommend considering these the Residences

Great place to live!
The staff is extremely welcoming and very helpful! The apartments come with great space and the complex has awesome amenities. The location is perfect, right off the Monon Trail and a short walk from Midtown.
