I NEED HELP! My husband and I live at the Bayberry Place Apartments and this is the state of our apartment. We have reported to them that there was mold in our apartments and they would not do any remediation or tests so we just left. Finally when we asked for a refund for the month they did a mold test and it came back with high levels of mold to where we can’t stay. WE HAVE NOT BEEN HONE SINCE MAY 1ST! There had been no updates as to when we can go back home or when they will start remediation... . Any advice to point us in the right direction would be appreciated. Needless to say if you are looking to live at this apartment. Don’t. if you currently live here and see your vents with a black ” mildew”… chances are it is mold and they lied to you about it. ?

From my first inquiry to my first office visit they had quick responses and where able to answer all my questions. Although they currently do not have what I am needing, but I'm happy to be placed on their waiting list. Looking forward to moving in soon!

Wonderful Experience So Far!
Though I have not yet moved into an apartment at Bayberry, I wanted to comment on my already great experience with the staff, specifically Stephanie and Rhonda. I will be moving to Bayberry in August of this year from Chicago. I had toured numerous neighborhoods and burbs of Indy to get an idea of areas I would like to live in.
I had the pleasure of connecting with Stephanie via phone and email numerous times and meeting with Rhonda in person for a tour of the apartment grounds and 1BR 1BR... apartment. I was very impressed with the apartment itself, with all appearing to be in great condition, clean and in a great community. Stephanie and Rhonda were both extremely responsive with any questions I would have and I can tell they are very willing to work with you on given situations. I also truly appreciated the kind, hand written note sent to me, thank me for visiting with them. Its little acts like this that help me find confidence in where I would be moving.
