Wish the contract is better constructed and the management team is more reasonable
My son currently lives in this building and has had a positive experience overall. Recently, he received an email offering a $210 monthly discount if he renewed his lease. As a senior graduating in May 2025, he planned to move out after graduation but signed the lease without noticing that it extended from July 2025 to July 2026.
The day after signing, we contacted the leasing office to explain the mistake and asked to cancel, even offering to pay any necessary penalties. Unfortunately, we were... informed that the lease could not be canceled once signed.
The lease includes a cancellation clause that allows tenants to void the lease within 72 hours of signing, provided they haven’t received keys or made their first payment. However, a “Special Provision” at the end of the contract states that this cancellation option (Section 32) is void. My son missed this detail, and now we're unexpectedly bound by the terms of the lease.
What a nightmare.

Move in was fast and easy with the staffs help. Everyone was kind and there were no issues with finding the room. There where also no issues with the key fob

I absolutely love my apartment. The space is cozy and well-designed, with ample natural light streaming through large windows that brighten up the rooms. The modern kitchen, equipped with high-end appliances, makes cooking a delight. I particularly enjoy the spacious balcony, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The building amenities, including a gym and a rooftop garden,... add extra value and convenience to my daily life. The management team is responsive and helpful, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed. Overall, my apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it a wonderful place to call home. I couldn't be happier with my living situation.

Super pleased with the design, amenities and staff reception. But apartment was filled with dead bugs in corners at time of move in glad there was fumigation completed but wish it was swept up before my arrival and there was hair in shower, sinks, and pet hair all over mattress.
