I lived in a 4x4 apartment this past year and I have no complaints. Amentites were nice, apartment was great, and it was very well managed!

Great Amenities and Decent Apartment
The Quarters offers a lot of amenities that are great bonuses to living there. The buses ran every 15 minutes and was a great advantage. The gym is small but decent, and the rooftop pool was very nice. Maintenance was usually pretty quick. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. Community areas are kept very clean and nice. There is a $15 per month fee for the valet trash pick up and (as of May 2020) it wasn't optional. The size of the bedroom (at least for the 3 bed) was veeeeery small.... Personally, the size of the bedroom wasn't worth the high price. Parking outside of the garage was a nightmare, and it was difficult to find a spot. While there were some issues, it's overall a good place to live.
