As a long-term tenant at The Boulders, operated by Deer Park Management, I can say I've been nothing but impressed. With spacious apartments in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, I can't imagine living anywhere else in Bloomington. A pool only for residents, a short walk to Bryan Park, a short drive or light walk to the Indiana University Campus, and being centrally located in Bloomington means you are never far from anything you could need in town. For nature lovers, you'll be impressed by the... namesake of the management company, as deer are known to wander the area and are a sight to behold! With the community also being very nature conscious, you'll see plenty of other wildlife all around. Other amenities you can expect include in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, off-street parking, weekly garbage and recycling collection, and enclosed garages (when available). The Boulders by Deer Park Management truly are a gem when it comes to rental properties in Bloomington, Indiana.
