Decent place Maintenance and office responded quickly, the place was clean and in a good location. A bit pricey, but seemed worth it. Only problems were the vents leaked every summer, and there’s no buy out option to leave early. The fact that I took over someone’s lease, and someone took over mine, means no one has come to reset and fix up the apartment in at least 5 years. Lease breakers take “as is”.
All in all, a solid place to live if you have the funds for it.

Issue Resolved Thanks for checking on my air conditioning. Everything seems to be working now. The only suggestion that I would make is that I get a message saying what was done. The only difference that I can tell is that the thermostat was lowered one degree. The hazard and low battery looking symbols are still on the thermostat, so I can’t tell if anything was fixed or last weekend was just a fluke and the a/c couldn’t keep up. Thanks!
