Issue Resolved Thanks for checking on my air conditioning. Everything seems to be working now. The only suggestion that I would make is that I get a message saying what was done. The only difference that I can tell is that the thermostat was lowered one degree. The hazard and low battery looking symbols are still on the thermostat, so I can’t tell if anything was fixed or last weekend was just a fluke and the a/c couldn’t keep up. Thanks!

Great experience at Adams Village. The time at Adam’s Village was wonderful. The club house is incredible with the pool and conference room. What a place to have access to. The maintenance team was excellent and very friendly. My stay was incredible. Unfortunately, I had to move to become closer to my job.

The leasing staff was accommodating and very kind but I’ve lived here for only a couple of days and already; one of the kitchen cabinets has fallen off the hinges, the shower drain was clogged with years worth of hair and broken, the garbage disposal was clogged with food and utensils from a previous resident and my blinds don’t work so I can’t open or close them. I love the look of the apartment but I’m getting worried. As all of this was not noticed and/or fixed prior to my move in and my dad... has had to fix almost all of it.
