After moving in about a year ago, I quickly realized how amazing it is living at Satori Flats. Any maintenance request is quickly taken care of and the office has provided frequent updates on longer requests which was something I was not use to at many different communities before this one. The amenities are great and location of Satori Flats makes it easy to not go far for anything you may need. I’ve had such a great experience with this apartment community! Jessica was absolutely amazing—she made the entire application process seamless and brought such great energy every step of the way. Jada was also so helpful and kind; she helped me get started and made everything so easy to understand. The entire leasing office is incredibly welcoming and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Oh the staff is so important when moving into flats and from the first day I came to look at the flat everyone was so inviting lovely and patient. Jessica is who I worked with Then when I moved in it was even better I am around so many markets and takeout that it is convenient for me and my daughter. The Maintenance staff is top-tier they answer your requests right away they don't take no more then 1 day to answer I have had them come the same day as soon as I put my request in. They are polite,... respectful and professional at all time I love everyone on the team the manger name is Scott he is hands-on and knows the whole propert.
The safety of the property is unmatched my vehicleis safe my surrounding is safe my neighbors are respectful polite very multicultural. We have digital doors to get us in and out it records any person that walks in the door so safe. I have renewed my lease and I am going to do it again tell everyone you will love it this is my home and the staff is my family.

Maintenance team is great, Russel is always quick to help you with a big smile and Ray is pleasure to work with. Both communicate effectively and make you aware of everything that is happening in a timely matter.

Maddy’s kindness & welcoming demeanor make you feel at home. She is lighting fast with responding to questions and keeping tenants informed.

Overall a great experience

I love living at Satori Flats. I have been here for 4 years now and have zero complaints. The office, especially Jessica is very welcoming and responsive. The amenities are fantastic - on site gym, salt water pool, YMCA and many restaurants within a close proximity of each other. Thanks Satori. If you are looking for luxury apartments this is the place to be!
