I recently moved in and they changed managers. (Shout out to Alysse!) Even though Ive only been here a short time, I cant rave enough about them. I have been INCREDIBLY impressed by them. Their maintenance guy (I think Scott?) is amazing. After the big snow storm, he was out working very hard to clear the sidewalks even going all the way up to my door. They are extremely prompt with maintenance requests as well. Its a quiet area and wonderful apartments. I plan to reside here for a long time. I... not only recommend these apartments, but I also ENCOURAGE you to rent from them. They are all electric which is a relief because of the increased rates of natural gas. I promise I am not getting paid to say good things, I am honestly very happy here!
