I've been living here for a couple of weeks. It's clean, bug free, mouse free and overall friendly. My neighbors are nice. People mind their own business and lawn care is kept up. Tonya is really nice and helped us with the move in process!

I live at the Lockhaven Glen complex out in Elsah, which is administered by this same company. While it's really out of the way, it's an affordable place to live and the managers are always understanding. The rents are low, I lived in a one-bedroom. Never had pest problems, never had to deal with dangerous wildlife. The grounds are well maintained in all seasons, and the managers are prompt with emergency responses.

When my roommate and I first met the landlord she was very sweet and took her time to make us feel welcome and that all questions were answered. We were so excited until we officially moved in. We found bed bugs in the apartment which she said came from us. Absolutely not true. She sent a bug guy over that preceded to tell is he had never sprayed for them and was not 100% sure it would work... She was so rude when we called. Sometimes she would sigh like we were causing her pain just by... calling her. Other times she hung up on us. She forbid us to speak to the neighbors about the big problem because we found they had similar problems. I have lived her almost 2 years now. The apartments are very roomy. The area is very quiet and have no problems with neighbors or the complex as a whole. The management are very willing to help when you need it and maintenance readily available. I couldn't ask for a better place for the price. It is close to shopping and restaurants and just minutes from Southern Illinois University.. so a good place for college students who don't want to live on campus.

I currently live here. I thought it was a great deal and didn’t seem bad. Now I am stuck in a lease with mouse problems that we’re chuckled at in the office, giant spider problems, almost getting jumped, and overall poor living conditions. I do not recommend living here.
