A good review on this property is a fake review on this property
Only because I can’t give zero stars and still comment. But management is very rude, disrespectful, and are crooks. They harass the elder tenants. Nothing gets fixed and it’s infested with roaches that they won’t do anything about it. My apt flooded multiple times and only after I decided to not renew, did they send someone to clean the carpet to try to keep me but I still left. The cleaners chipped the wall on the corners. The cabinets over the stove was on the verge of falling. The stove was... not leveled. They will try to keep your security deposit by making things up or exaggerating small issues like tv bracket holes. so make sure to take pics and videos before leaving if you still decide to rent here. Also document any and every incident no matter how small. The only plus side is the location. It’s a really convenient spot. But not worth the headache. Choose one of the other complexes nearby if you can. Anywhere but king’s court

Nasty Dirty bedbugs roaches don’t fix nothing back stairs way roaches and bedbugs they try to keep security deposit you have to pay for the bedbugs and roaches

Kings Court Apartments is the Nastiest complex in Waukegan ! They got roaches spiders and rats don’t be fooled the complex look better on the outside the pictures on they website are from the 80s literally everything in them apartments are old don’t move here you will regret it and they don’t clean behind the stove or refrigerator just nasty ewww

Currently a resident and trust me you don’t wanna live in this disgusting dump , there are roaches everywhere they’re trying fix the hallways now but still have an rat and roach infestation and nothing is new in these apartments it’s just horrible can’t wait to move !
