Nice Place/Well Managed This is a great place to live. Very well managed! They helped us out in a pinch and we stayed for a year. Cannot say enough about Mike, the property manager. He goes above and beyond taking care of the tenants. The neighborhood as a whole is very friendly.

Great Home! Redwood Apartment Homes in Volo, IL has an excellent manager who makes sure you feel welcomed from day one. He and the maintenance program are responsive and together make the community a home. There is nothing that I would change and highly encourage if you have ever owned your own home, but need to move to apartment living, make Redwood in Volo your first choice.

Impressive living I moved in May 9 2025 and have already been impressed with all Redwood Volo offers. It’s a clean, quiet and helpful community. The walking opportunities and amenities nearby to shop, eat and drink are so close! I am looking forward to exploring Singing Hills trail and meeting new neighbors. The properly manager Mike is attentive and helpful, too! I love that o have my own space that feels like a single family home without the fuss!

Stepping Stone We were adding on to our house and stayed at Redwood for 8 months. We had great neighbors, a scenic view and treated very well by Mike and Julia. It was a great temporary house.
