This apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. We are looking for a tenant(s) that are quiet and courteous to the other 3 tenants already living at the property. The view out the back of the property is woods. There is free parking (one car),... and garbage included. Some newer updates and some new paint. The tenant has to pay for their own electric, water, TV, and internet. There is one large A/C unit in the main living area. Normally pets aren't allowed. A tenant would also have a small indoor storage unit that is included in the price of the rent. It is the size of an medium sized closet and located in the common area next to the laundry area.
