I think these rental properties consultants should really take into consideration that if people can pay their rent on time and have good rental history these other income requirements should be out of the window. It is run by a large, heartless, soul-less corporation that doesn't treat people like people, but like numbers. If you don't have the right numbers (income or credit), you're obviously a bad person. They rejected me. They don't know me, ormy ability to pay my rent on time. Because my numbers weren't right, boom, no chance. If you have less than stellar credit, avoid this place and their$150 application fee.

I've been living here for 2 years and I love it. The staff is so nice and courteous and always go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and that's a plus !!!!!! I have family members that have resided here over 20 years ago and I loved it then. Although the the apartments and town homes can use some upgrades /updates I still love calling Edenbridge home . Darlene and Kelly rock! Rick and Ted are maintenance and they are the best !!!!!

After checking out several senior apts. I found that Edenbridge was one of the nicest apt complex. I talked with many of the seniors and I found out how they love the place. I moved my dad in this complex and he really likes it.
