To put it simply it’s not cared for. Trash is always everywhere, big pieces of furniture by the dumpsters for long periods of time, big dogs even though there’s a “50lb” limit. Very outdated and not kept well. I don’t see how the owners/ office managers allow it to look the way it does.

Beware. These people are notorious for finding ways to keep your deposit. I have worked in an apartment complex before. We had to carpet clean the entire apartment before the next tenant moves in regardless of a presence of a stain on the apartment or not.
Ravenwood decided to bill me for carpet cleaning for a stain they can’t prove was there. I sent them pictures of my apartment right after I moved out and requested that they send me pictures of the supposed “stain” they claim they found and... billed $159 for. They couldn’t. I asked other previous tenants I know who lived there and they said the same thing.
If you’re moving out, make sure you do a walkthrough with a leasing agent present so they can’t put bogus charges on your account

THE WORST! DO NOT RENT. They have endless problems and can’t solve any of them for you with a million excuses. Don’t put yourself in a hard situation by renting here. You will definitely regret...
