Over the time I’ve lived here wasn’t all terrible. Just when things needed to be fixed. Maintenance man was on property nearly everyday with the apartment manager. At first request to fix thing were done in a timely manner. However after that first few months it was rare there was a response in a few weeks. You would schedule a time and no one would show up even if you made multiple request. Parking is terrible and if you want to have a guaranteed spot half way near your apartment you’ll have... to pay 25 extra dollar per month. The floors are very creaky and uneven. The doors don’t shut all the way and the lock always got stuck. The apartments seem perfect at first glance. Plus there’s a pool! And the dumpster are always over flowing cause a lot of animals to be there. Also people cars were reported getting broke into many times. The house manager is always there walking around smoking her cigarette and looking to see what you are doing wrong. She appears to be of good faith but talks about other tenants business with her husband and that is very unprofessional. The hallways smell of cat pee and the cleaning lady comes but you can never really get ride of the odor. I’m not complaining this is a quiet place to live. Just very closed in and the walls are very thin with poor plumbing. I’m a current resident and I’ve had to make do with what I have and fix things that are in need. Worst, roaches, rats. Never care when complained and in return the manager mentions you bought all of them. She says same to everyone who go and complaints. I asked my neighbors on these issues and I am told she will blame you, that is what happened. Be ready to have a roaches infected apartment which would come with a blame that you have infected the apartment.

Ridgebrook apartment is the last place i would ever recommend to anyone. Terrible terrible expeirence.
Advise everyone not to cook at home cuz they will replace the stove instead of making effort to clean it then they still charge you for cleaning fee but still bill you for the new stove lol . Or they might still use the same old one and lie to you so they can steal your hard-earned money.
Be prepared that you would not ever get your deposit back and got billed after you move out. They try to... charge you for everything (even it's tear-and-wear).
