My boyfriend and I moved in here last year, and we love living here! They are pet friendly, which is perfect because I can’t live in a world without cats. The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and responsive. Maintenance also responds within a reasonable amount of time. If you like to spend time outdoors, there are a lot of opportunities! The pool is nice, there are really nice/kept trails, and the complex is fairly walkable!

In terms of aesthetics, safety, amenities, and price, this is the best in Peoria. The only minus of the beautiful wooded area it’s in is all the insects that make their way in. Otherwise, best management and a place to call home.

Love the peaceful surrounding and clean vicinity of the compound. Excellent service by management and well maintained facilities. This our home away from home. Not to mention the very friendly staffs. ??

My little girl chose this apartment because it's the only one which have a playground she can play in with her neighborhood friends. The staff in the office are very nice and accommodating. It also have a nearby trail for the family to enjoy which have another playground and picnic grounds. It has a man made pond where you can fish as well. It's far from a major highway so it's not loud.

I saw this property online, did a video tour and was told there is an apartment available for the date I requested so I should apply (and obviously pay application fees). Once I did the leasing agent told me that I was approved but actually NO apartments were available for the move in date I requested and I should wait till they get back to me. I emailed her since to ask how long should I wait... no response, and I haven't heard from them since.
