Finally management that actually cares!!!
I’ve lived in a lot of buildings over the years, and the difference since the new management took over here has been night and day. They are incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about the residents and the property.
Any time there’s an issue or question, it gets handled quickly and professionally. The building feels much more organized and well-run, and you can tell they’re putting real effort into improving things and making it a great place to live.
It’s refreshing to... see management that’s so involved and proactive. They’re constantly looking for ways to make the experience better for everyone in the building, and it shows. Overall, the building has become a much more enjoyable place to live thanks to the care and attention of the new management team.

Great Management & Location! Fred the manager is fantastic. He is very on top of everything, and makes your whole moving experience a Breeze. Near great stores, restaurants, and shopping. Love this place!

Great Location and Amenities!
Beautifully redone units, with in unit Washer and Dryer’s and Stainless steel appliances. Great location as well. Near many nice stores and restaurants. Very quiet area. Love it here!

It smells like marijuana in our apartment and it leaks through the vents but it's supposed smoke free.but if ur ok with that then it's good for the money

I love Covington apartment
I will recommend anyone to live here. New management is wonderful. Maintenance is there when u need them. Very quiet nd everyone is friendly. These apartment are very updated nd very clean. I can see myself living here for years
