Great building
I’ve had a really great experience living in this building. The property is always kept clean, quiet, and well maintained, and the staff honestly makes a huge difference. Everyone is incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any time there’s been a question or maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally.
The building itself feels very welcoming and well managed, and you can tell there’s pride in keeping the property in great shape. It’s... rare to find a place where both the management team and staff are this reliable and easy to work with.
Overall, it’s been a fantastic place to live, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well run building with great people behind it.

Finally management that actually cares!!!
I’ve lived in a lot of buildings over the years, and the difference since the new management took over here has been night and day. They are incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely seem to care about the residents and the property.
Any time there’s an issue or question, it gets handled quickly and professionally. The building feels much more organized and well-run, and you can tell they’re putting real effort into improving things and making it a great place to live.
It’s refreshing to... see management that’s so involved and proactive. They’re constantly looking for ways to make the experience better for everyone in the building, and it shows. Overall, the building has become a much more enjoyable place to live thanks to the care and attention of the new management team.

Love it
Great Management & Location! Fred the manager is fantastic. He is very on top of everything, and makes your whole moving experience a Breeze. Near great stores, restaurants, and shopping. Love this place!
